No bounded contracts. You can close the subscription anytime you like, however you pay for first-year in advance, so if you leave us anytime before - all payments made are non-refundable.

Yes. We dont even require your Credit Card, shall you want to try our Creator or Builder editions. Just SignUp and request your network, and our team shall get back in touch with you. We shall thereafter configure a 15-day trial cum POC for you to access our capabilities.

Yes. Shall you pay your second year licence fee in advance to year, you get 2 months free. Also, if you are a StartUp or NonProfilt organisation, you can apply for our discounting programmes, and get benefited. You can further ask for more dicounts, shall you wish to commit for a long-term licencing agreement, eg 3 years or 5 years.

We charge renewals at 50% of your Total Invoice Value of year one for our product licence divided by 12 months. While you pay for first year fee in advance-to-year, from 13th month onwards you can pay your Renewal Licence Fee and Transparent Server Bills on monthly post-paid invoices.

Understanding that you won't be able to estimate the Server Bill for first year, we underwrite that liability for year one. However, year two onwards you will pay for the same over and beyond your Licenmce Renewal Fee, on actuals.

No. Good news is that we underwrite 100% of your server outage for the first 12 months. There is absolutely no cap on Bandwidth or Storage for your application. Even if you get a million users, our cloud infrastructure will automatically scale and serve the needful.

Yes. You can choose in between Amazon AWS, Google Cloud or Microsoft Axure - and we shall configure your product accordingly. You will be able to see transparent consumption from year two, and pay on actuals. However in year one, we run your application on our shared cloud servers.

No. Unfortunateky as we are a SaaS application, we presently dont have the capability of serving our application code on third-party servers. However, we shall make a seperate merchant account in our exisiting cloud infrastructure, and help you monitor your server expenses transparently.

For Websites/Portals, either you have an existing domain or you want us to buy the domain - we need to map a few DNS entries into your domain name DNS Console to our servers, after which your domain starts serving our application in less than 48 hours. For Mobile Apps, we can give you APK and/or IPK Files, and you can host them in your App Stores.

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan whenever you want, and we shall charge you on prorata basis thereafter.

When you SignUp for our moneitization features, you will be asked to verify your Bank Details and you shall receive funds transfers on or before 7th of every month, as we reconcile and settle our monthly account books.

We charge a flat 3% Payment Gateway Fee + 2% transaction cum convinence fee of your total Invoice Value from your wallet. Shall there be no balance in your network Admin Wallet, your transactions shall fail, and hence we recommend that you keep some minimum cash balance in your wallet funded whenever you are expecting sales.

Yes. You can integrate your existing Websites and Mobile Apps seamlessly with our Community Platform, but you have to subscribe to plan and features accordingly. Otherwise you can also create a seperate Community Portal and Apps and cross-link the same with your existing assets.

Both you as client and we as platform are euqally responsible to maintain highest levels of data security. Hence, we dont allow an Excel/CSV download of data to any admin and/or partner. Such requests are only entertained when received directly by the client, and preferably over secured APIs between our systems and your CRMs and/or ERPs.

Yes. You can request your Data Achieve anytime during your subscription tenure or anytime before 15 days of your contract expiry/termination or cancellation. We shall be happy to give your User Email and Uploaded data in a CSV format for your future use and/or potability.

Timeline depends on the complexity of network architecture, business intelligence mindmap, and dashboarding KPIs. It could take anytime from 10 days to deploy a standard offering to a maximum of 50 days, when requirements are very specific.

Support tickets are resolved on priority and it could take anytime between 4 hours to 48 hours depending on severity of reported issue. Shall it take more time than ideal SLAs our service teams keep the clients informed of the challenges and developments.
